England's own Justin Rose awarded trophy for tenth year in a row





For the tenth consecutive year, The PGA has awarded Justin Rose its most abjured award - The male golfer who most looks like a pigeon.

 After he had presented the trophy to an obviously devastated Justin Rose, PGA President, Paul Levy, was asked whether or not any other golfer had been given serious consideration.

 Mr. Levy giggled and shook his head in disbelief the question had even been asked - Look, it isn't even close. Hell, half the time I think Rose will just walk off the course and follow any spectator who has a bag of popcorn...

Dicky Ticker and Pajamas

ABS has been an Oakland Raiders fan since 1960 and he has become inured to their poor play and so he spends his viewing time mocking their incompetence because that is what a true fan of professional entertainment does. What, if you paid good money to listen to Luciano Pavarotti sing Nessun Dorma * and you ended-up hearing him sound like Lemmy of  Motorhead, you wouldn't be perfectly within your rights to boo or mock  him? The Raiders defensive front four plays with all of the disarming intensity, and speed, of an old lady painstakingly searching the shelves for a bargain at The Christmas Tree Shop.
