ABS was watching a beautifully filmed feature on Netflix about America's National Parks which was routinely marred by the repeated claims of Native American this and Native American that but the first injuns ever to arrive here were just as much immigrants as were the Puritans and the other sectarians from England.
The original immigrant injuns may have not even been the first immigrants here but followed the earlier immigrant/wanderers from Polynesia or former inhabitants of modern day Russia who wandered over from the north when the waters twixt Russia and Alaska became frozen, and traversable, and they later were inter-married descendants of those original immigrants.
Who is to know now that science has become so politicised?
Why the focus on calling immigration injuns Native Americans? Well, to be sure, the injuns born here (it was then called Turtle Island) are natives in the same sense as those of us born here are also Native Americans but they have been singled out as the pure innocent stock blah blah blah because non-white blah blah blah Jean-Jacques Rousseau Noble Savages uncorrupted by civilisation; he meant uncorrupted by Christianity.
Rousseau's hatred of Christianity was necessitated by his failure to reconcile his Faith and his love of sin and inability to repent of it and undertake a metanoia. Such a dilemma resulted in the psychological condition known as cognitive dissonance created when contrary beliefs are at war with each other intellectually.
J.J. Rousseau wanted to both believe he could act out his disordered will (lust) while remaining a respectable man (he abandoned his five children, dropping them off at The Paris Foundling Hospital for the Catholic Church to take care of and so he never knew them or fathered them) and such contrary and opposed views created within him a psychic tension that he dissipated by attacking Christian civilisation as wanting.
His career was one long, unending, attempt to rationalise his sinful ways - its the fault of the Church and Christian Civilisation, not his sins.
But, of course, the injun had his own civilisation, such as it was; pagan, ritualistic, racist, violent, total war, etc etc, but that is beside the point. The point is that every single country ever existing, or ever to exist, was/will be comprised initially by immigrants. But there are putative good and bad immigrants and white Europeans are bad immigrants whereas the non-white immigrant is holy and innocent and the culture of critique holds that as a dogmatic truth.
As an aside, it is interesting to note that for nearly two hundred years (as Peter Brimelow observes) , following the last Puritan Pilgrim arrival until the arrival of the first Irish immigrant, (mid 17th to mid 19th century) there was a halt in immigration for 200 hundred years and the population of America increased naturally and, thus, the propagandistic slogan "America is a nation of immigrants" is without substantial meaning.
Everyone reading this is a Native American but you are told that you are not because you are the bad race - the white race. When both injuns and whites are Native Americans but only the injuns get identified as Native Americans that that is a museum quality example of racism that one ought never feel obliged to accept as truthful.
C'est la vie. ABS is a Native American and he fills out forms that way. The gov't can take its racism and...but back to immigrants;
There is not even one known example of an autochthonous person ever existing on natural earth as Adam (created outside the Garden of Eden and brought inside Paradise by God, was an immigrant) and Eve (created in Paradise and thus, the one true native of Eden) were residents of an undiscoverable county that only ever had a maximum human population of two.
And you thought Vatican City was a small country...
