Pope Paul VI reacting to radical changes in THE HOLIEST ACT ON EARTH "Eh, whatever...."

In the very limited time allowed me, I have not been able to get a complete and detailed grasp of this new and extensive Ordo lectionum Missae.

But because of the confidence I have in the skilled and devout individuals who spent a long time compiling it, and because of the trust I owe to the Congregation for Divine Worship, which has examined and corrected it with such expert care, I gladly approve it in the name of the Lord.

                                                                                          Paul VI, Pope

Lord have Mercy. One imagines him sweating over every single word of his speech to The United Nations but he, personally, as Pope, really didn't give two shits about the Holy Holocaust is the impression ABS has.

Gee, one wonders why Jesus Christ has been withdrawing His grace from His Church.

While there can never be any doubt He will not suffer its disappearance, He does seem to be punishing it for the perfidy of its Hierarchy when it comes to its continuing indifference in what critically constitutes the Holy Holocaust/Holy Sacrifice of the Mass; is it a Sacramental re-presentation of the Pluperfect Self Sacrifice of Jesus Christ on Calvary and the New Covenant Meal offered by Jesus as both Priest and Victim acting through His Priesthood - That is, Holy Holocaust/Holy Mass is the WORK OF JESUS NOT THE LOCAL FAITH COMMUNITY -  or is it aught but a gathering of a faith community * celebrating and remembering The Lord's Supper, a meal?

And still invisibilium within The Hierarchy is that Prelate whose puissant possession of Tradition is such that it could be applied as a force against our Inertia Into Indifferentism.

* When ABS was born into the Church in 1948, we still had Churches, not "faith communities."

Faith communities became as prominent as they are mephitic because the Church decided to ape as much of the praxis of Congregationalism as possible.
