This is a beautiful and painful song about the love he has for this woman and he confesses he has no more power to control her than he has the power to control nature 


This is country, baby. It ain't Big and Rich, just stark and truthful.

ABS is shocked that no producer ever thought to sign him to a contract to record some albums of country music.

He has the attitude and aptitude to pitch his voice to such a sharp point that it pierces your soul and the pure prose of country enters in.

ABS has been an Oakland Raiders fan since 1960 and he has become inured to their poor play and so he spends his viewing time mocking their incompetence because that is what a true fan of professional entertainment does. What, if you paid good money to listen to Luciano Pavarotti sing Nessun Dorma * and you ended-up hearing him sound like Lemmy of  Motorhead, you wouldn't be perfectly within your rights to boo or mock  him?
