Letrix at The Lil' Licit Liturgy

What is the point of inviting the laity - especially women - into the sanctuary to read the lessons and lead The Bidding prayer at the Lil' Licit Liturgy?

Is poor Father shagged-out and needing to catch his breath after having greeted the worshippers, making note of the rain, snow, or sun and saying the banal opening prayer?

Perhaps...

Well, it can not be denied that not a few of the gals delight in adding emotion to the lessons and emphasising that part of the lesson she deems crucial.

Daily Mass would be wearisome were it not for the graces to be gained and the share in divinity owing to the Eucharist, still, how much better would it be to be able to daily assist at The Real Mass?

Sure, the Lil' Licit Liturgy is both licit and valid, but what about it effects? Even though we are told there is no real difference twixt the Lil' Licit Liturgy and The Real Mass, is that true?

Is one more likely to be well disposed to receive grace whether he assists at the true, good, beautiful, solemn, serious, masculine and orderly Real Mass or whether he is constrained to suffer through the inanities, banalities, and epicene novelties of The Lil' Licit Liturgy?

Well, one reason the gals are invited into the Sanctuary is to purge from the minds of men that there is a distinction twixt men and women and perhaps, ominously, get men comfortable with the ludicrous idea of women as ordained ministers.

Now, that may sound like the ravings of a mad man (Yes, ABS confesses he is a mad man) but estimate the percentage of current Catholics who would not accept an ordained woman as a priest? 

ABS reckons it would equal the percentage of people who think The Incredible Mr. Limpet * is the greatest movie of all time.

ABS has to be careful when speaking about The Lil' Licit Liturgy because he often ends up sounding angrier than the exhaust pipe of a Honda driven by a millennial.
