Protestant cemetery

There is a protestant cemetery in tiny Perkinsville, Vermont called Plainview Cemetery and the graves bespeak the theology of the sad and taciturn christians who live there.

There is no iconography - obviously -  because that is a Romish superstition according to the protestant divines, those Judaised Puritans who settled this land and bequeathed to their posterity this flat, cold, and harsh heretical faith.

At the funeral service/ memorial service, all prots are canonised: I know ______  is in Heaven with ______ and he/she is _______ and looking down on us and waiting for us to get to Heaven and join Uncle _______  and Aunt _____ and Grandfather ______ and Grandmother ________  and ______
our Dog/Cat/Parakeet.
