New Pledge of Allegiance

When one asks a fellow American, where were you and what were you doing during Operation Urgent Fury, the October 1983 American led invasion of Grenada?- most respond with an expression on their face that makes one think they had just been whacked in the back of the head with an invisible sack of frozen Cod Loins: Wait, what? We invaded Grenada? T’Hell? Not many Americans remember the last of The POTUS Ronald Reagan’s great military successes and while few remember what they were doing during those first tense ten minutes of that invasion when many American troops were asking themselves, Why are we doing this? and   Man, did you think it’d be this humid?  ABS is sure they will remember what they were doing and thinking when they look back at V V Day (Victory over Virus Day) and, unless ABS is mistaken (unlikely) they will have emotions as mixed as the numerous cocktails they have been consuming daily. Perhaps what the American Government has been doing during thi...

Holy Holocaust of The Mass in West Palm Beach

Image
After Confession this morning, ABS assisted at the Holy Holocaust of the Mass at Queen of The Most Holy Rosary Church in West Palm Beach, a SSPX Parish. The SSPX will be rebuilding this old protestant building at a cost of $800 K and it is a worthy cause for any who desire to contribute to their collections. http://www.sspxflorida.com/sites/sspx/files/media/usa-p-orlando/pdf/west_palm_20mar029.pdf The Chaplin, Father John Jacobs, is everything the products of the local N.O seminary are not, masculine, holy, courageous, and a Priest (not a social worker in clericals) whose sermons are top notch and suffused with Tradition  Compare the formation of an SSPX Priest with the basic goal of the Regional Diocesan Seminary The seminary’s primary mission is to foster the human, spiritual, intellectual, and pastoral formation of candidates for the Roman Catholic priesthood so that as ordained ministers they share the joy of the Gospel with all. https://www.svd...

Pope tests negative for Tradition.

Image
Vatican authorities today excitedly stated tha t Our Pontiff has tested negative for Tradition   and they cited The Pontifical Academy of Sciences which posited, We are quite certain he developed sufficient protestant antibodies to Tradition during his Jebbie education * and so was spared the scourge of Tradition which our Pontiff calls Pharisaical. L'osservatore Romano reported that upon hearing the news , The P ontiff released a vulture but the bird flew towards    Domus Sanctae Marthae, landed,   and it  refuses to budge from its  perch. The L'osservatore Romano later was forced to apologise  for its unintentional insensitive Bird Flew (Flu) insult.  We hope we have not offended our very close Commie friends in Communist China to whom we have given our complete confidence and our personal permission that they are the ones to decide who is and isn't a legitimate Bishop in China. http://po...

Christ mocked on the cross, source of the expression Ha-Vah

Image
Christ mocked on the cross, source of the expression Ha-Vah Matthew 27 And they that passed by, blasphemed him, wagging their heads, [40] And saying: Vah, thou that destroyest the temple of God, and in three days dost rebuild it: save thy own self: if thou be the Son of God, come down from the cross Mark 15 And the inscription of his cause was written over: THE KING OF THE JEWS. [27] And with him they crucify two thieves; the one on his right hand, and the other on his left. [28] And the scripture was fulfilled, which saith: And with the wicked he was reputed. [29] And they that passed by blasphemed him, wagging their heads, and saying: Vah, thou that destroyest the temple of God, and in three days buildest it up again; [30] Save thyself, coming down from the cross. Cornelius a Lapide Ver. 40. And saying, Ah! Thou that destroyest the temple of God. The word “Ah!” is a term of reproach. Shame on Thee for boasting! Thou canst destroy the temple of God and build it up in three day...

Christ hating Jews and Nostra Aetate

Image
Jules Isaac, Jewish Anti-Catholic hater, inspired V2 “teaching” ... according to Jules Isaac, the Evangelists were liars, St. John Chrysostom is a delirious theologian and a scurrilous pamphleteer, St. Augustine uses his sharp, subtle mind to falsify the facts, Pope St. Gregory the Great invented the “formidable theme of the ‘carnal people’, which has unleashed the savagery of the Beast against the Jews throughout history”, and St. Agobard, the celebrated Primate of Gaul, hurled “from the roof-tops to flocks of the faithful a teaching which leads to the most odious consequences, to crimes of genocide, to massive assassinations and to monstrous  progroms.”  All persecutors, filled with anti-Jewish hatred, the veritable forerunners of Streicher and others, morally responsible for “Auschwitz” and “six million innocent Jewish victims”.  Thus, Jules Isaac denounces this, asserts that, and then condemns the great doctors without attempting to analyse any ...

The Heretical Church of "Orthodoxy"

Image
March 27 – St John Damascene, Confessor and Doctor of the Church The faithful have not forgotten that on the first Sunday of Lent the Greeks keep one of their greatest solemnities, that of Orthodoxy. History proves that the Church of Constantinople, the new Rome, did not share the indefectibility of that of the old Rome, for it passed through a cycle of heresies on the dogma of the Incarnation. It rejected successively the consubstantiality of the Word, the unity of Person in Jesus Christ, and the integrity of His two natures. It seemed as though were were nothing left for heretical emperors and patriarchs to deny. Yet there was one more error to proclaim before the measure of false teaching was filled up. Christ enthroned in heaven could not be belittled, but His images might be proscribed on earth. Heresy was powerless to touch the King even in these pictorial representations, but schism could at lest shake off the yoke of His Vicar, and this last denial rolled the stone to th...

The Annunciation

Image
March 25 – The Annunciation of the Ever Blessed Virgin  This is a great day, not only to man, but even to God himself; for it is the anniversary of the most solemn event that time has ever witnessed. On this day, the Divine Word, by which the Father created the world,  made made flesh in the womb of a Virgin,  and dwelt among us . We must spend it in joy. While we adore the Son of God who humbled himself by thus becoming Man, let us give thanks to the Father,  who so loved the world, as to give his Only Begotten Son; let us give thanks to the Holy Ghost, whose almighty power achieves the great mystery. We are in the very midst of Lent, and yet the ineffable joys of Christmas are upon us: our Emmanuel is conceived on this day, and nine months hence, will be born in Bethlehem, and the Angels will invite us to come and honor the sweet Babe. During Septuagesima Week, we meditated upon the fall of our First Parents, and the triple sentence pronounced by God against t...
